Ash Wednesday

We have canceled our Ash Wednesday Service this week, but want to provide you with a resource for entering into the Lent Season at home. Ash Wednesday kicks off Lent, which is 40 days of prayer and fasting-representing Jesus' 40 days in the wilderness. The season of Lent officially ends on Holy Saturday, the day before Easter. Ash Wednesday sets into motion a season of self-examination and self-denial, a time to examine sin, contemplate our morality and prepare for Easter.

We have prepared an Ash Wednesday Home Guide for you, your family or your friends to walk through as a way to ready your heart for the season ahead.
