Ministry Assistant
I was raised in a Christian household in Apple Valley, California. My parents were leaders in the church, and I grew up hearing about Jesus and his love for me. However, when I was five years old, my dad was in a car accident that left him in crippling pain. He turned to drugs and alcohol to manage that pain and became an addict. Life changed drastically for us. BUT GOD, through it all, always provided and drew me to Himself. I accepted Jesus in my Sunday school class when I was seven years old and have followed Him ever since.
I met my husband, Nick, in my first year of college. We were married in 2017 and moved to Texas. In December of 2019, we found Citizens Church! We were so refreshed by their love and care for people and excited to be a part of God's work through Citizens Church!
My hope for Citizens Church is that everyone we meet will see Jesus and that He will be magnified and lifted high. I hope that they will know and feel His great love for them individually but also be drawn to a deeply rooted, personal, and life-changing relationship with Him. I pray that the gospel is known and seen through the people who call Citizens Church home.
